U.S. Customers:

We use USPS.com shipping exclusively. Rates are calculated by the weight of the items in your shopping cart. Orders placed Monday-Friday by 4:00 pm EST. will ship within 3 business days. Orders take between 3-7 days to arrive after that.

Delivery confirmation will be emailed to you after the item is shipped.

Please place Express Mail orders before 4:00 pm EST to receive your order overnight within 1-3 business days. All orders, including Express Mail orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out on Monday.

Express Mail - Starts at $17 and will be adjusted based on your order and location.

International Customers:

Items are shipped using Letter Post, Parcel Post, Global Priority or Global Express.

Letter and Parcel Post - Rates are calculated in real-time and are variable depending upon your location. No Tracking. Takes 7-21 working days depending on your country and customs.

Global Priority  Mail - Starts at $12 and increases based on the weight of the items in your shopping cart. No Tracking. Takes 7-14 working days depending on your country and customs.

Global Express Mail - Starts at $20 and increases based on the weight of the items in your shopping cart. Has Tracking. Takes 5-10 working days depending on your country and customs.

Customs

We are not responsible for additional charges that your country's customs may place on your shipment. Items will be shipped to you marked as a "gift".

Insurance

All orders are automatically insured.

 Returns

Hathunter.com will provide a free exchange or issue a full refund for all items received within 15 days of when the items were shipped, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. Items received after 15 days but within 30 days will qualify for store credit. For exchanges, you may still return the item within 30 days of when you received the exchanged item. Express shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.

Returns must be postmarked within 3 business days of when you received the item. Please note that by postmarked we mean that you have sent it within 3 days, even if we have not yet received it. There is no advantage to sending a return overnight vs standard shipping. If you do not meet the shortened timeframe for returns , we may at our discretion issue store credit rather than a refund.

Christmas Returns
For the holiday season, Hathunter.com will extend the period allowed for returns to accept all items purchased after December 1st to be returned for a full refund by January 7th, or 30 days after the purchase date, whichever is later.

How to Send Back Your Return (US Orders)

To ship an item back to Hathunter.com, simply pack your item and invoice into a USPS priority bag/box and affix the mailing label.

Please indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item. For exchanges, please indicate the desired model/size/color.
