Return Policy
HatHunter.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unworn merchandise may be returned within 15 days of receiving the shipment for a full refund or an exchange (see exceptions below). Please include your name and order number with the return. Your return may not be processed if we do not have all your information.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as products lost before they reach HatHunter.com. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority, UPS or FedEx, where you can track your package.

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on embroidered items, undergarments, and items that have been worn, washed or damaged. We will accept returns only if the tags are still intact.

Free Exchanges

Expedited Exchanges
We will charge you for the new merchandise, waive (nonexpress) shipping fees, and send out the exchange right away. An expedited exchange allows you to know right away if the merchandise you want is in stock and when you will receive it. While you are waiting for your new item, send back your item(s) and we will credit your account within 2 weeks of receiving the return.

Standard Exchanges
Please send back your return with a complete description of the item you would like to replace it with. If the merchandise is available, we will send out your order, free of charge, as soon as possible. If the item is not available, we will credit your account and contact you via email.

Processing Orders
Orders will be processed the the day after the purchase is made. Orders received on Friday after 5 p.m. EST will be processed the following Monday.

Modifying your Order
If you wish to modify your order, please contact us via
email. You may modify your order up until the time we ship out your merchandise, which is about one business day.

Canceling your Order
We do not charge your account until we ship out your order, so you may cancel at any time before your items are shipped out.

Out of Stock Items
If the items that you ordered are out of stock, you will be contacted via email. We may also notify you of alternate colors and sizes if they are available.

Backordered Items
Occasionally we will take orders for items that are temporarily out of stock. We expect to receive these items and they will be shipped to you as soon as we obtain them. You will not be charged until we ship the item(s) out and you may cancel at any time before shipping.

Sales Tax
We only charge sales tax on orders being shipped to Ohio addresses. Based on Constitutional guidelines for interstate commerce, states can only require companies to collect sales tax in states where they have business operations.
